$14.4 million has been allocated for the purpose of assisting eligible first-time homebuyers with the purchase and rehabilitation of a home.
F Available funds for down payment up to $200,000
F Available rehabilitation funds up to $30,000
F Possible closing costs grant of $10,000
Who is eligible to participate?
F First-Time homebuyers – Have not owned a home within the past three years.
F Must intend to occupy the property as primary residence.
